Comicpalooza and other things..

I spent more than eight hours at Saturday's Comicpalooza and I'm completely exhausted because of it. The entrance lines were terrible! We spent nearly two hours waiting line and would have spent another two hours if not for the volunteers going up the line to sell wristbands. The dealer room was larger than previous years, but it seemed like there was a lot less stuff to buy there. They had some really cool artists in the artist alley and I did buy some art. Somebody tried to scam me by impersonating a volunteer, but I told them where to put it. Patrick Stewart was an amazing guest, everything you'd expect him to be and more! I also saw Scott Steiner, but he didn't seem too thrilled about being there. I really enjoyed the panels, but it was almost impossible to find them. There were a lot of great cosplayers this year and I took lots of photos that I plan on posting in the near future. I also got to sit in the captain's chair, which was really cool!

I went to the Greek Festival the weekend before Comicpalooza and the Art Car Parade the weekend before that. I also saw the Cyrus Cylinder at the Museum of Fine Arts and went to see both Star Trek and Iron Man. I'm working on a pretty big picture too, which will hopefully raise a few eyebrows when I finish it. Here's a hint: it's something I've drawn before that I've decided to draw again.

Anyways, I just needed to rant for once so you'd know I'm still here!
